I’ve visited Copper Chimney for the second time now, and once again, I was surprised. I’m usually not a big fan of Indian food because it tends to be too spicy for my taste, but the dishes here were delicious.
I tried the Gobhi, which is essentially fried vegetables, and it was very flavorful. The mild spicy chicken biryani was also excellent – just the right amount of spice and full of taste.The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and the staff were friendly. That said, the service could use some improvement. I asked for a paper napkin and was told they don’t have it at all which was disappointing.
