Shawarma Castle

Stopped in here on our way to Sunday night church…the food was absolutely delicious! The best in the city by far!! I had the Beef and Lamb Shawarma platter and falafel the wife had a Beef and Lamb wrap. Both left comfortably full . Excellent food we’ll definitely be back soon to try something new.

I’m disappointed with my recent order. The meat was cold and the lamb had a bad smell—definately inedible. It took over an hour to arrive, and the food didn’t match the Uber Eats pictures at

We had the chicken and beef/lamb shawarma, basbousa and falafel. The shawarmas were almost as long as my arm about 10” and filled generously. There was a ton of toum when we ordered fries, it was fantastic. Service is friendly and efficient. I’ve been here twice since discovering it 2 weeks ago. The food is great, will try the rice platters next time. FYI, the door is at the front on St Mary’s NOT the one in back. The back/side door is for Southern Spices, haven’t tried it yet and is on the list.
